Wan Ting is trained as a landscape architect for 7 years, in 5 cities, 3 countries.

Wuhan, China, is the home city where she spent the first 22 years of her life, and started her initial love for design, art and nature.

Phoenix is where she had her first manifesto as a designer to look at nature-human relationship.

Hokkaido is the place she began to love herself as a landscape designer by working with local communities, learning indigenous methods and giving mentorship to local students.

Providence is the city that discovered her interests in interdisciplinary study and research, including land-art, digital art and exhibition design, looking at urban ecological issues and social justice.

After graduation, Wan Ting moved to Miami where she started her professional practice. She is particularly interested in topics such as land-art, digital art, social justice and storytelling. Aside from landscape architecture, Wan Ting enjoys a variety of work including illustration, animation, video and digital art as well.
